Code of Conduct

 ๐ŸŒฑ Code of Conduct

How We Choose to Live, Work, and Relate

Self-Sustainable City is not just a housing initiative.
It is a shared space—physical, social, and ethical—built on responsibility, respect, and long-term thinking.

This Code of Conduct exists to set clear expectations for everyone who engages with this project: visitors, customers, residents, investors, vendors, and collaborators. These guidelines help us protect the integrity of the vision while creating a healthy, respectful, and sustainable environment for all.

Our Responsibility to You

What We Commit to Uphold

From our side, we make the following commitments:

Clarity and Honesty
We communicate openly about our work, costs, timelines, processes, and limitations. No hidden terms. No misleading promises.
Responsible Development
Our decisions are guided by sustainability, natural farming principles, and environmentally conscious construction—balanced with real-world practicality.
Respect for Your Time and Trust
We treat every genuine inquiry professionally and respond within reasonable timeframes.
Alignment with the Larger Vision
Every home, orchard, and system is designed to support self-sufficiency, biodiversity, and a peaceful way of life.
Data and Privacy Protection
Any personal information shared with us is handled responsibly and used only for project-related communication.

What We Expect from Visitors and Customers

Mutual Respect Makes the Process Work

To keep the project moving smoothly, we ask visitors and customers to:

Communicate with Respect
Engage politely and constructively with our team and community members.
Act in Environmental Awareness
Support the spirit of eco-living by avoiding actions that cause waste, pollution, or harm to the surrounding ecosystem.
Honor Commitments
Once terms, bookings, or agreements are accepted, we expect them to be respected in good faith.
Follow Agreed Payment Schedules
Timely payments—released in stages—are essential for uninterrupted construction and services.
Respond Within Given Timeframes
Prompt replies help prevent delays and confusion. If we do not receive a response within the specified period, we assume the interest is no longer active and redirect our focus.
Understand Our Working Model
To keep costs low and operations efficient, we prioritize online communication. Phone calls and in-person meetings are available as chargeable services, as clearly stated.
Know Our Approach
We do not chase or persuade. We share information openly and engage with those who genuinely resonate with the vision.

For Vendors, Service Providers, and Business Partners

Excellence Is Not Optional

We work only with individuals and organizations that meet high standards of quality, integrity, and value.

Despite clearly stating our communication preferences, we regularly receive unsolicited calls and promotions that do not align with our needs or standards.

We partner only with those who:
  • Deliver genuine value through their work
  • Are known for reliability, ethics, and quality
  • Strive to be among the best in their field
If your offering meets these standards, we will identify you and reach out when relevant.
Unsolicited, repetitive, or low-value contact will be blocked without further communication.

Our community deserves the best—and we protect that standard carefully.

This section applies specifically to vendors, service providers, and potential business collaborators.

For Residents and Community Members

If You Plan to Live Here or Call This Place Home

We invite residents and future residents to:

Live Sustainably
Use energy, water, and land responsibly, and align daily choices with ecological balance.
Build Human Connection
Treat neighbors with kindness and help create a supportive, respectful community culture.
Share Feedback Thoughtfully
Suggestions and concerns are welcome when expressed constructively and with the intent to improve.

When Challenges Arise

How We Handle Issues

No system is perfect. When concerns or disagreements occur:

Start with Conversation
Most issues can be resolved through open and respectful dialogue.
Formal Communication
If needed, concerns can be raised via email and will be addressed fairly and transparently.
Community Harmony
For ongoing issues between residents, we encourage mutual resolution and offer simple mediation support when appropriate.

Updates to This Code

As the project evolves, this Code of Conduct may be refined. Any updates will be shared transparently on this page and through our official communication channels.

A Closing Note

This is a shared journey, not a transaction.
A place where how we behave matters as much as what we build.

Thank you for helping us shape a community rooted in responsibility, clarity, respect, and sustainable living—for today and for generations to come.
